We believe in full transparency. Here is a complete breakdown of all fees and timelines associated with donations and withdrawals on our platform.
Our commitment: Donors are never charged any fees. 100% of what you donate goes toward the campaign. Platform operational costs are covered by a small fee applied only on the beneficiary's side.

Payment Processing Times

Withdrawal Timeline
Once a donation is confirmed and the campaign's withdrawal period opens, funds are transferred to the beneficiary's registered bank account according to the following schedule:
- PIX donations: Available for withdrawal within 1–3 business days after the campaign closes or the withdrawal window opens.
- Processing: Withdrawals are processed on business days. Requests submitted after 17:00 (Brasília time) are queued for the next business day.
- Bank account verification: Beneficiaries must complete identity and bank account verification before the first withdrawal. This process typically takes 1 business day.
